1. Definitions
"Service" means the software-as-a-service product, associated websites, APIs, and support provided by the Company.
"Company" refers to the entity identified above Vrishab Software Solutions
"User" means any person or entity who registers for or uses the Service.
2. Service Provision
The Company will provide the Service as described on the website and in applicable order forms or subscription pages. The Company may update features, pause or discontinue parts of the Service with notice.
3. Fees, Billing & Payment
Users must pay fees in accordance with the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. The Company may change fees with prior notice as required by law.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of the account.
4. Free Trial
A free trial (if offered) is limited to the period described at sign-up. The Company may terminate a free trial for abuse or violation of these terms.

The Company processes User data as described in its Privacy Policy. Users retain ownership of their data. The Company will implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Suspension & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or illegal activity. Upon termination, access to the Service will cease and stored data may be deleted after any applicable retention period.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties. The Company's aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction indicated by the Company. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.

The Company may update these terms. Users will be notified and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
